Our assurance programme is structured around five formal commitments. Each one is a binding obligation that every BrowCraft surgeon and clinic upholds — not a vague promise, but a defined standard.

Transparent Consultation

Your consultation will always be conducted directly by a board-certified surgeon. You will receive an honest, medically accurate assessment of your candidacy — including a frank discussion of cases where BrowCraft may not be the right solution. We do not oversell. We do not minimise risks. You will receive a written summary of the consultation and a graft estimate before any decision is made.

Pre-Agreed Brow Design

No follicle is placed until your brow design has been agreed upon and signed off by you. Using our digital facial-mapping protocol, the exact shape, arch, density zones, tail position and head fill are documented before the procedure begins. The surgeon works to this agreed blueprint and any significant deviation requires your intraoperative approval. You will never wake up to a shape you didn't discuss.

Surgical Excellence Standards

Every BrowCraft procedure is performed to our published clinical standards. These include: minimum graft survival rate target of 95%, sub-0.8mm punch extraction tools only, HARRTS FUEsion X™ assistance for extraction, hand-placement of all grafts using jeweler-grade implanters, and a mandatory bilateral symmetry check by the lead surgeon before closure. Post-operative photographs are taken at every procedure and retained in your clinical record.

Post-Procedure Support

Our care doesn't end when you leave the clinic. Every BrowCraft patient is enrolled in a structured post-procedure follow-up programme. This includes a Day 7 in-person or video review, a Month 3 growth assessment (with trimming guidance), a Month 6 progress review, and a final Month 12 outcome assessment with your surgeon. Our patient care team is reachable by phone and email seven days a week throughout your recovery. Emergency contact details are provided at discharge.

Outcome Commitment

If your final result — assessed at or after 12 months — does not meet the design standards agreed at consultation, and this is attributable to the surgical procedure rather than patient anatomy, non-compliance with aftercare, or pre-existing medical conditions outside our control, we will offer a complimentary density enhancement session to address the shortfall. This is a formal commitment, not a discretionary goodwill gesture.

Note: The Outcome Commitment applies when the shortfall is attributable to the surgical procedure. It does not apply to: shedding during the expected timeline (Weeks 3–8), results not yet at full maturity (under 12 months), outcomes affected by patient medical conditions, active alopecia or autoimmune activity, non-compliance with aftercare instructions, or aesthetic preferences that changed after the agreed design was signed off.

What the Assurance Does Not Cover

We believe in complete transparency. The following are outside the scope of our Outcome Commitment — not to limit your protection, but because they reflect factors outside surgical control.

Growth Timeline

The shedding phase (Weeks 3–8) and the 10–14 month growth timeline are normal biological processes. Results assessed before 12 months are not at full maturity.

Underlying Medical Conditions

Active alopecia areata, autoimmune flares, thyroid conditions or other systemic conditions affecting hair growth after the procedure are outside surgical control.

Aftercare Non-Compliance

Failure to follow the post-procedure aftercare instructions — including picking at scabs, wetting brows early, or missing follow-up appointments — may affect outcome.

Changed Aesthetic Preference

If the agreed design was achieved but your aesthetic preferences change after the signed design was completed, this falls outside the Outcome Commitment scope.

Donor Hair Limitations

If a patient's donor density is lower than optimal, the surgeon will advise at consultation. Limitations arising from donor biology are noted in the agreed procedure plan.

New Hair Loss Events

New hair loss occurring after a successful procedure — whether from a new medical event, medication or condition — is a separate clinical matter from the original procedure outcome.

Assurance FAQs

How do I know if my result qualifies for the Outcome Commitment? +
At your Month 12 follow-up appointment, your surgeon will review your result against the agreed design blueprint documented at consultation. If the achieved density, shape or coverage falls short of the agreed standard — and the cause is attributable to the surgical procedure — you qualify for a complimentary density enhancement session. Your surgeon will be straightforward in this assessment.
What does a "complimentary density enhancement session" involve? +
This is a targeted supplementary procedure — typically 50–150 additional grafts placed in the specific areas of shortfall. It is performed using the same BrowCraft micro-FUE technique as the original procedure. The procedure takes 1–2 hours and the recovery process is the same as the original. There is no cost to the patient for this session.
Is there a time limit on the Outcome Commitment? +
The Outcome Commitment is assessed at your Month 12 follow-up appointment, which must be completed within 18 months of your procedure date. Results should be fully mature by Month 12–14, making this the appropriate assessment window. If you miss your Month 12 appointment, please contact us — we will accommodate rescheduling within the 18-month window.
Do I have to pay a deposit before the free consultation? +
No. The free consultation is entirely free — no deposit, no booking fee, no credit card required. If you decide to proceed with a procedure following your consultation, a booking deposit will be required at that stage to secure your procedure date. All deposits are fully transferable to a different date if needed.
What if I have a concern at any point during my recovery — not just at Month 12? +
Our patient care team is reachable by phone and email seven days a week throughout your recovery. If you have a concern — whether it is about shedding (which is normal at Weeks 3–8), brow appearance, the donor site or anything else — please contact us immediately. Concerns are reviewed by a clinician and escalated to your surgeon if needed. We would much rather hear from you than have you worry alone.
